Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Moonlight & Moth. I carefully package every order myself to make sure your candles arrive safely.
Processing Time
• I ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
• During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers
I currently ship through USPS.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Delivery Issues
Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, it is out of my hands.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package, please contact USPS directly.
However, I will always do my best to support you and help guide you through the claim process if needed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 3 days of delivery at

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damage
• A photo of the shipping box
I’m happy to replace damaged items or issue a refund if appropriate.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If I made a mistake with your order, I will fix it right away.
I will cover all shipping costs if I sent the wrong item.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms a package as lost, I will help you file a USPS claim and replace your items when possible.
