Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because every candle is handcrafted in small batches, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for scent preferences or general dislike of a fragrance. Please read each scent description carefully before ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will always make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your candle arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of what happened

I will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to USPS or UPS, it becomes the responsibility of the mail carrier.
I cannot refund orders for carrier delays or packages marked “delivered” but not received.

If your package arrives damaged, please still contact me — I can file a shipping damage claim and replace the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Burned or used candles
• Candles that have been lit
• Scent preference issues
• Items returned without contacting me first
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery
